1. Terms & Conditions (T&C)

The T&C is a contract between you and your client. It defines the rules of engagement for your services. You should customize these sections for shivmangalevents.in:

• Service Scope: Clearly describe the services you provide (e.g., venue booking, catering management, decor, coordination).

• Payment Terms: Detail the deposit structure (e.g., 50% advance to secure a date), payment milestones, accepted payment methods, and consequences for late payments.

• Cancellation & Refunds: Clearly outline your cancellation policy. For example:

  • If cancelled 90+ days prior: Refund minus administrative fee.

  • If cancelled < 30 days prior: No refund of deposit.

• Changes & Postponement: How do you handle date changes or venue changes? State if this is subject to availability and if there are additional fees.

• Liability & Force Majeure: Protect your business from events beyond your control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). Include a clause limiting your liability for third-party vendor failures.

• Intellectual Property & Media: Get explicit permission to use photos or videos from the events you manage for your own marketing purposes.

• Client Responsibilities: Specify that the client must provide accurate information and cooperate with timelines.
